Healthy Caregiving is a program hosted for caregivers in Montana. There are about 160,000 caregivers, and with so much demand, learning more is important. MSU Extension has a healthy caregiving initiative ensuring people get research-based knowledge and has multiple programs such as Powerful Tools for Caregivers and more. Hosted by AARP, Alzheimer’s Association, and the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services.

The scheduled retreats have now been completed, but there remain planned and unscheduled retreats for 2024. Dates will be added to the site when the remaining retreats are scheduled.
