The Tools for Calm is a weekly session led by expert instructors who will provide you with everything you need to know about Mindfulness. The course will help you identify and discover the moments to relax, understand how to remain calm during a stressful situation, deal with feelings of depression and anxiety with a better approach, and eventually improve your sleep. With a six-week session, you can better understand your emotions and receive 6 CE credits.
