End-of-Life Doula Services
Doulas are compassionate guides, offering support and gentle guidance through a person’s final days. As a doula, I am there to support you and your family through the emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of end-of-life. What this looks like varies from family to family, depending on your needs, values, culture, and many other factors.
Sometimes I may be working to help create rituals or develop a meaningful legacy project. Other times, I may act mostly as a supportive presence, someone who has your back and can help you navigate the twists and turns of the end-of-life journey.
Services provided in the West Valley (Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek) and the general suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona.
Discovery Call (Free, 30 mins)
The Discovery Call is where it all begins. It is a time of connection and discovery, where we consider what you need and how I can best be of service. I will walk you through the support I provide, what you can expect, and how my role may change as the end-of-life journey progresses. You hold the power here as we work to determine the best plan for moving forward.

Vigils and Rituals
Rituals are more common and powerful than many of us realize. They’re a chance to slow down and reflect on the current experience, creating space for emotional processing and experiences that are too easily missed. I can work to facilitate every part of this process, including talking about wishes, planning, and attending vigils for support.

Legacy Project Planning and Creation
Legacy projects are powerful tools for helping people to share their memories and stories. They can be as unique as the individual, including letters, art projects, audio recordings, memory books, songs, and more. Working together on such projects often helps to bring families closer, providing a meaningful and poignant source of connection.
